Passionate about service, marketing and photography, www.wingsland.com has been our business platform since 2000. Many of you will know us through Pepper & Oz, The Brasserie which we ran together in Malvern from 2007-2011. We keep in touch with over 2,500 of our former customers and others interested in the finer things of Malvern through our e-magazine iMalvern.

We have recently added Property Management to our portfolio after winning two contracts for services to two local flat management companies - see more here.

Pete's photography was displayed in Pepper & Oz and originally reflected our life before hospitality - for example, the rather unique shot of Sydney Harbour bridge was taken on a trip when we spent Christmas with Pete's cousin in Queensland.

Amazingly four couples bought a copy of the handsomely framed print - all had been in Sydney on the night in question 30 December 2005!
